Prime Dent Smile Concierge is not a medical provider or dental clinic. We do not provide medical or dental
diagnoses, treatment plans, or professional advice. Our role is limited to connecting clients with licensed and
verified dental professionals for consultation and treatment.
The initial consultation facilitated by Prime Dent Smile Concierge is for appointment coordination purposes
only and is not a substitute for a medical examination or dental diagnosis.
- Data Collection and Use
By using our service, you voluntarily consent to the collection, processing, and secure storage of the personal
and medical information you provide. This may include but is not limited to:

– Dental concerns or goals

– Photographs (including before/after treatment photos)

acknowledge and agree to the following:
